The Frankston Symphony Orchestra was established in 1967 by world renowned concert pianist Vera Bradford to bring local musicians together that still performs today in Frankston and the Mornington Peninsula.

In November 2019 we are presenting a Symphonic Spectacular – An American Tribute – highlighting our very own Tony Smith, – Timpani virtuoso performing Daugherty ‘Raise the Roof’ !!

We welcome our guest violinist Tom Pepperill who will join us to perform Copland ‘Hoe Down’ from Rodeo and Dvorak Symphony No 9 ‘New World’ !

Over the years we have had the privilege of working with many distinguished musicians and guests including Geoffrey Tozer, Ronald Farren-Price, Siobhan Stagg, George Logie-Smith, Eric Austin Phillips, Glenn Riddle, Warwick Stengards and many others including Vera Bradford as a soloist.!
