We need YOUR HELP to make this film.
JACKPOT is a short experimental film set in a post-apocalyptic Australian wasteland, exploring poker machine (slot) addiction.
The total budget of the film is AUD$50 000. We are currently seeking to raise $8000 for pre-production.
The JACKPOT team currently comprises of:
Kellie Jennar – Writer, producer, director
Margaret Tillson – Co-producer
Gareth Tillson – Cinematographer
Lee Launay – Art Designer
Film Composer – TBA
The complete cast and crew team will be over 15 people.
JACKPOT is slated for production Feb 2018 in Regional NSW. The finished film will be entered into all the major film festivals.
A large part of the budget will be spent on set design, VFX special effects and post-production. Another large expense will be the original film composition and sound scape – a driving force of the film.
All cast and crew will be paid industry award rates.
