Working towards a specific project with a set timeline and end date? Sounds like a standard, short-term campaign is what you need. Looking for ongoing, general operating support to help you keep the doors open and the lights on? Set up your annual fundraising through the ACF and receive monthly grant agreements across the course of the campaign.
Has a donor pledged to support you with a one-off gift? Firstly, congratulations! In that case, you can choose a one-off gift/grant campaign for a quick, streamlined campaign focussed on that one donation.
The ACF can also assist with grant applications, especially for Trusts and Foundations that require grantees to have DGR1 status. If you would like to apply for a grant through the ACF, we will ask you for some extra information before you apply.*

Standard Campaign

- Multiple works happening across the year (i.e., your annual performance season or calendar of events/publications/exhibitions).
- General operating support (i.e., funds to help you keep the lights on and the doors open).

One-off Gift/Grant Campaign

- Short, streamlined campaign to facilitate a one-off gift or successful grant application.
- Disburses funds raised in one payment at the end of the campaign.
- As grant campaigns are generally for one donor, the ACF will publish it privately for you to share the page link directly with your donor or the Trust/Foundation.
Perfect for:

- Anything (as long as it is arts/cultural in nature)! If you are applying for a grant campaign, we will assume you already have a pledge or a successful grant application up your sleeve, so we just ask that you ensure your project matches that.

*Applying for a grant through the ACF
If you would like to apply for a grant which requires DGR1 status, the ACF may be able to assist. Please keep in mind that every grant has its own eligibility criteria and requirements, so we ask you to contact us before you apply so that we can ensure we will be able to receive the funds on your behalf.
The information we need to assess your application is:
- The grant name and website link.
- A 1-2 paragraph overview of your project.
- A sound and thorough budget, including the grant amount you are applying for.
- Confirmation that you have read the grant’s guidelines.
If you are not registered as an Artist on the ACF, we ask you to provide:
- Your ABN (or your auspice body ABN).
- Confirmation that you fulfil the ACF’s eligibility criteria:
- you are a practising artist or arts and cultural entity;
- you are engaged in arts and cultural activities;
- you will use a grant from Creative Partnerships Australia within Australia or for the benefit of Australia; and
- you will use a grant from Creative Partnerships Australia for the designated and stated purpose.
