June Project Spotlight | Live Music

This month we focus on campaigns fundraising to support live music events. These projects celebrate local musicians with a range of performances, workshops and discussions, providing opportunities for audiences to come together to experience the joy of live performance.

The Brisbane Music Festival is back for its fifth season, celebrating Queensland’s local music scene through unique and intimate performances throughout Brisbane.

With a history of commissioning and premiering Australian works, donations will go towards the Festival’s capacity to present its most ambitious season to date.

 

 

 

BackStage Music – Living Music in a Living Space is a 23-concert series of Australian music presented by local artists from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Donations from this campaign will be used directly towards the artists’ fees for the Concert Series, supporting BackStage Music to champion diverse and underrepresented voices.

 

 

The fourth annual Mackay Chamber Music Festival is once again bringing some of Australia’s finest chamber musicians to Central Queensland.

Funding will go towards a series of chamber music performances, workshops, masterclasses & educational events.
