Have you tried the new Artist Dashboard?

If you haven’t used the ACF in a while, you may not have noticed that the platform has had some big changes over the last few years. In addition to removing the service fee for donations from 1 December 2021, we updated the Artist Dashboard, making it your one-stop shop for all things ACF. Here is a quick overview of the new and improved Artist Dashboard.

My Profile

The profile page is all about you – your contact details and biography, as well as your ABN and registrant name for grant agreements. Changed your address or phone number, or would like to amend your artist bio? Update all of those directly through the My Profile page.

It is also where you can upload an image for your profile. This could be a headshot of you/your key team members, your organisation’s logo, or any other image you feel best represents your fundraising activities on the ACF. Keep in mind that your profile image remains the same across all of your ACF projects.

If you would like to update your ABN, you will need to contact the ACF team directly via hello@australianculturalfund.org.au

My Projects

Whether you’re a first-time fundraiser on the ACF or have had multiple campaigns with us, this is where you can access your current and past projects, as well as any drafts you are working on to be submitted to the ACF team for approval.

Once you click on a project, you will be able to see your current text, social media links, videos and images, budget, fundraising and secondary strategy, official partners, and your all-important Donor list.

This is also where you will go to make updates to your project including:

  • Adding new video links or images
  • Adding or updating your project’s social media channels
  • Adding a project update or official partner

You can also update your project by-line or description – simply include the new wording in the ‘Update Request’ text boxes at the top of the page and hit ‘Update’. That will send the text changes through to the ACF team to approve before they go live.

And don’t forget to keep up to date with your Donor List – this is where you can see your supporters’ details including their name, email address and gift amount. There are also options to download the list to a CSV excel file or email them directly through your device’s default email server. Please keep in mind that if any donor chooses to give anonymously, you won’t be able to contact them. The ACF team are always happy to pass on any project updates to those donors on your behalf.

My Grants

After the fundraising is done and dusted, the grants page is where you can access your hard-earned funds, and look over both completed and pending agreements.

To access one of the grants, click on its name (beginning with ‘GNT-‘). From there you will be able to input your banking details for payment and read over the agreement document by clicking on the ‘Artist Agreement’ button. When you are ready to sign, simply click the box that says ‘I accept these these terms’ within the grant agreement document. That will send a payment notice to our Finance team, so there is no need to create a separate invoice.

Once you have accepted the grant agreement, the document will be saved as a PDF within the grant record. You can also download a copy to your device.

My Acquittals

The final step in your ACF journey is the acquittal. ACF acquittals cover both your fundraising campaign and the project itself. For that reason, the acquittal is due within 30 days of your project end date.

Like My Projects and My Grants, the acquittals page lists both current and past ACF acquittals.

To access and complete a grant agreement, click on ‘Complete’ in the ‘Action’ column. That will take you through to the acquittal form. Simply fill in the information and submit the acquittal for approval. If we have any questions, we will be in touch.

If you would like more information on the acquittal process, head to completing your acquittal for a step by step guide.
