My practice is an exploration of the processes that underpin scientific action and an examination of how these concepts can be leveraged through artistic inquiry. Interested in the ‘Scientific Method’ and its philosophical implications, my work is devised to test and expose the internal processes of methodological labour – employing systems, actions and processes to reveal the exhaustive, the obsessive, the poetic and the absurd — aspects that are all inherent to scientific endeavor.

I am PhD candidate at Sydney College of the Arts, University of Sydney and an Australian Postgraduate Award recipient. I am currently based in Brooklyn, NY, where I have recently been a visiting scholar at Parsons School of Fine Art, The New School. I have exhibited in both Australia and the US, with recent exhibitions including Rapid Pulse International Performing Arts Festival, Chicago (2015), Bronx ArtSpace, NYC (2015) and Open Source Gallery, Brooklyn (2015). As part of my interdisciplinary practice I am currently engaged in collaborations with scientists from the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Research Centre, NY.
