Karina Harris and Neil Hobbs

Harris Hobbs Public Projects seeks to engage public space through events, and the insertion of public art, either installed works, performance, ephemeral works or any combination.

Neil Hobbs and Karina Harris have landscape architectural qualifications, Neil is currently undertaking a PhD, researching the transformative effect of public art on public space.

Contour 556 had its first iteration in 2016. It was an extremely successful event, showcasing 48 artists for a 3 week period, delivering performance, song, poetry, installations, paste-ups, kinetic and light based works in the lake, in foyers of cultural institutions, and to the public spaces around the lake and the Kingston Arts Precinct.
